Dive Into Silence – Spring Retreat

Usher in spring with awe-inspiring views and the opportunity to make big changes in your perspective on life at our Dive into Silence – Spring Retreat Thursday, Mar 14, 2024 – Sunday, Mar 17, 2024. Located on the Sunburst 4000 acre ranch filled with organic permaculture gardens, orchards, trails, local wildlife, and more.

At this group silent retreat:

• Find your soul’s center; where calm, confidence and clarity lie within.
• Explore and experience powerful practices that leave you feeling aware and present, including guided walking and sitting meditations.
• Take home practical tools for creating a wider, calmer expression of life.
• Enjoy nourishing meals, yoga, and plenty of unstructured time.

Registration Info

Please register by March 6, 2024. All meals and all activities mentioned above are included for a sliding scale donation of $270-$370. Sunburst is a non-profit organization run solely on donations; your generosity is appreciated!

Lodging and camping options are available for an additional donation:

• Cabins – Each cozy cabin has two twin beds; the bathroom is in a separate, nearby building. Cabins are $45/night, which may be split in half ($22.50/night per person) if sharing a cabin.
• Camping – Bring a tent or vehicle and enjoy camping in this beautiful setting. $20/night per person.
• Commuting from home or a nearby hotel is also an option.

Cold/Flu/COVID Precautions:

• Anyone with cold/flu/COVID symptoms or a positive diagnosis or test result is asked to stay home, and a full refund will be issued.
• If you have had an exposure to someone who is ill, please contact the office to discuss options.
