As summer reaches its peak, we invite you to step away from the demands of daily life and gift yourself a weekend of deep rest, reflection, and renewal. Celebrate and nurture your soul at our Relax & Renew Retreat, August 28–30. This special weekend is designed to help you recharge your mind, body, and spirit in a peaceful and supportive environment.
Whether you’re seeking spiritual connection, personal growth, meaningful community, or simply time to breathe and restore, this retreat offers the perfect opportunity to reconnect with yourself and awaken your inner light. Throughout the weekend, you’ll enjoy inspiring workshops, fellowship, quiet reflection, and practices that encourage relaxation, healing, and spiritual renewal.
Located on California’s Central Coast, 30 miles north of Santa Barbara in the city of Lompoc. Serene location with over 4,000 acres of space filled with gardens, trails, local wildlife and more.
REGISTRATION
Online registration is available through August 1; after that date, call 805.736.6528 to inquire about availability. All meals, activities and lodging in a shared cabin are included for a sliding scale donation of $275-$395. Each cozy cabin has two twin beds; the bathroom is in a separate, nearby building. If you wish to room with a particular person, please let us know in the comments, by phone, or by email. Alternative overnight options may also be available. Please call the office to discuss camping, commuting from home, private cabins, or triple-occupancy cabins.

Illness Precautions:
Anyone with respiratory symptoms (cold, flu, COVID, etc.) symptoms, a positive test result, or other contagious illness, is asked to stay home and a full refund will be issued. Thank you for your thoughtful consideration of retreat facilitators, hosts, and fellow attendees.
