Enjoy a day of gardening at our Spring Garden Experience – Permaculture & Companion Planting Workshop and on Saturday, May 16, from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm. We will discover the concept of companion planting and how to cultivate diverse crops side by side to foster a symbiotic relationship and a supportive ecosystem. This method promotes growth, draws in pollinators, naturally repels pests while boosting biodiversity and optimizing the garden’s productivity.
Additionally, we will delve into the principles of earth stewardship and explore various composting methods. A tasty meal featuring fresh vegetables straight from the garden will be offered.
Located on California’s Central Coast, 30 miles north of Santa Barbara. Serene location with over 4,000 acres of space filled with gardens, trails, local wildlife and more.
